How The Policy Works

Ravi wants to buy a white Maruti Swift ZXI. He finds the ACKO Drive final on road price to be Rs. 5,50,000.
However, Ravi is able to obtain a price quote of Rs 5,40,000 from a Shiva Automobiles for the same car package.
After quickly checking that the pricing package of ACKO Drive and Shiva Automobiles are matching and contain the same pricing components, Ravi drops a mail with the price quote of Shiva Automobiles to [email protected] so that he can avail the Best Price Guarantee.
Within 48 hours the ACKO Drive team quickly verifies the Shiva Automobiles price quote shared by Ravi and goes ahead to not only match the price of Rs. 5,40,000 but also promise a flat Rs. 10,000 cashback to Ravi at the time of delivery of his brand new vehicle.

Terms and conditions

Price quoted by ACKO Drive/us/our/we for cars (“ACKO Drive Price Quote”) will be compared against the price quote given by you/participant/potential customer/customer (“Customer Price Quote”) on the same parameters provided by us in the ACKO Drive Price Quote.
Any additional accessories or financing discount will not be considered for the purpose of comparison of prices under Best Price Guarantee (“BPG”).
Price comparison under BPG vis-à-vis ACKO Drive Price Quote and Customer Price Quote will be undertaken by us only post verification of the genuineness of the Customer Price Quote shared with us. In the event the Customer Price Quote is not genuine, such price quote shall not be eligible for price comparison under BPG.
To be eligible for price comparison under BPG, the customer must submit Customer Price Quote on the letterhead of an authorised car dealer along with their stamp on such price quote.
Price comparison against ACKO Drive Price Quote and Customer Price Quote shall be done in relation to cars of same models, variant, colour and other similar features only. In case of any deviations from these, we will not undertake price comparison.

BPG is available only for new cars and does not cover cars which are out of production, old models of cars, used cars, test drive models. For cars which are out of production, BPG is not available.
Price comparison is applicable only on the booking amount in the booking link. No other prices will be considered.
Price match under BPG is also available for customers who have already booked cars through us. Such customer are eligible for getting price compared under BPG within 15 (fifteen) days from date of booking of car from us or 1 (one) day before the delivery date of said car, whichever is earlier.
In the event of change in price of cars due to change in applicable taxes or change in market price of car, the quoted price under BPG will not be applicable and the customer cannot bring any claim against us in relation thereto.
Delivery of cars as booked under BPG shall be subject to availability of model/colour of car booked by the customer.
ACKO Drive Price Quote depends on price quote shared with us by our OEM(s). Matched price under BPG will cease to exist/apply immediately, in the event our OEM(s) changes/withdraws the price quote shared with us. You shall not hold us liable for any consequence whatsoever in such an event.
Validity Period:
- Pre Booking-Post comparison of ACKO Drive Price Quote and Customer Price Quote, if your price is lower than the price quoted by us, we will match your price quote and the BPG will be available only till 48 hours from date of receipt of the matched price quote shared by us within which duration you need to make the booking to avail BPG.
Post Booking- Post booking the car, BPG benefits are available only till 15 (fifteen) days from the date of such booking or such time period.
Customer must take delivery of car booked under BPG within 45 (forty five) days from date of booking of such car.
BPG claim is applicable only in respect of specific cars/car models covered under BPG and only till BPG is live on our platform.
We reserve the right to use the information shared by you under BPG and/or exchange, share or provide the information shared by you under BPG with our group companies or statutory bodies as and when required.
Any information that we collect from you may be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to the following:
- To improve our customer service;
- To send periodic emails that we believe may be of interest to you, unless you choose to opt-out of it;
- To conduct statistical analysis, quality assessment, audits, developing new products, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns;
- To comply with applicable laws and legal processes;
- To respond to requests from public or government authorities
Participants agree and confirm that they will not make any claim against us with regard to matters connected with BPG. Participants expressly waive any and all rights of claim against us with regard to BPG or the T&Cs hereof. Further, We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw BPG and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of BPG, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever for the same.
BPG is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, the act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). We will not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
BPG is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in India.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
Any dispute arising out of BPG shall be solely decided by Acko and any such decision shall be final and binding on the participants.
Limitation of Liability: Any liability arising out of BPG shall be limited to INR 100 only.

What is ACKO Drive’s Best Price Guarantee offer?

Our Best Price Guarantee scheme guarantees to provide consumers with the cheapest rate on selected cars. We also promise, to match any price you already have up the amount and give back the difference if the consumer finds a better deal elsewhere.

Will the discount still be valid even if the on-road price of the car increases in the market?

The discount that we offer on a car is locked-in with respect to the on-road price quote sent to the consumer within the validity period. However, in case the on-road price of the car increases during the period, we don’t promise to provide a higher discount to the consumer.

What if I’m getting a higher discount on the same car elsewhere?

In case, the final amount on a car provided by any other dealer is lower than the Best Price Quotation issued by us, we promise to match the price to the prevailing amount and give you an additional Rs. 10,000 cashback when we deliver your brand new car. Provided, the components included in the price bracket of the dealer are the same as us.

Does Best Price Guarantee cover non-cash discounts offered by other dealers?

No, the non-cash discounts offered by other dealers cannot be levied in addition to the difference amount that we pay under the Best Price Guarantee scheme.

Is the Best Price Guarantee scheme applicable if the lower-priced car provided by another dealer is of a different colour than the one provided by us?

No, we are only liable to match and pay the difference amount of the car if the lower priced car provided by another dealer is of the same colour as the one provided by us.

What if I find a car manufactured in a different year with a lower price than the car listed with ACKO Drive’s Best Price Guarantee scheme?

In order to comply with the Best Price Guarantee scheme, the lower-priced car has to have the same manufacturing year as the model sold by us.

What if there’s a lower priced car model/variant available elsewhere that has been discontinued by the manufacturer?

In order to comply with the Best Price Guarantee scheme, the lower-priced car should actively be in production by the manufacturer.
