The Maserati Quattroporte is more than a luxury sports sedan; it is a revolution. Tracing back its rich legacy, the Quattroporte was Maserati's first luxury sports sedan introduced in 1963, and it received an excellent response. It was, in fact, the fastest sedan in the world at that time period. The Quattroporte marked Maserati's excellence in cars besides coupes. 

Its exterior design language reflects Maserati’s signature elegance and boldness. On the outside, there is a prominent grille with the Trident. The exterior design of the Quattroporte reflects power and sophistication. At the front, the sizeable grille features the Maserati Trident. GranLusso Trim

The GranLusso trim is best suited for people who prefer extreme luxury. A discrete front spoiler, chrome bumper inserts, body-coloured side skirts, and GranLusso emblems on the wings are just a few of the luxurious visual upgrades of this variant. Additionally, there are 20-inch Mercurio light alloy wheels with black brake callipers.

GranSport Trim

The GranSport trim has a lower section with aerodynamic splitters, and central front and side intakes with strongly carved angles. The side inserts and centre spoiler have a black piano finish. The GranSport features side skirts and a new, unique front grille to boost its aggressive sporting style.

The sweeping side skirts and 21-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers complement the stretched side profile with its GranSport badging. A low-set extractor with a Black Piano finish is also located on the back. The Exterior Carbon Package is an optional addition to the GranSport. Interior and Features

The Maserati Quattroporte's interiors are highly engaging. They feature carefully crafted comfort and technology and have an Italian essence in their style. The headrests and the steering wheel centre feature the Trident. The seats, upper dashboard, and armrests have fine leather upholstery. Besides, there is Radica open-pore wood detailing. 

The front seats have 12-way power adjustment and heating. The memory function reconfigures the driver's seat, door mirror positions, and steering wheel to accurate personal settings. There is also an ergonomic two-lane gear lever with the option of exceptionally soft and durable Pieno Fiore natural leather. 

At the back, the Quattroporte has 60:40 split-folding leather rear seats, along with a central armrest offering storage, a USB point, and a 12V socket. The sedan can comfortably seat five people. Two ashtrays are placed in the rear door panel pockets. 

The Quattroporte's driver interface is designed to be user-friendly, clear, and simple. The instrument cluster, which includes a 7-inch TFT display, has large analogue gauges for the speedometer and tachometer. Major interactive functions are integrated into the shifting buttons. The Maserati Touch Control Plus (MTC+) infotainment system located in the dashboard's center or the steering wheel controls for the 7-inch TFT display can be used to adjust other onboard settings. 

The MTC + unit is a highly responsive interface, and the limited button count allows the driver to keep their eyes on the road ahead. Three modes are available for controlling MTC+: voice commands, the centre console's rotary control, and the multi-touchscreen. The system includes links to external devices such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, as well as the car's radio, Bluetooth, and satellite navigation system, if installed. 

You can also play music by using the SD card reader, USB ports, or Aux-in. This advanced setup offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto mirroring functions. For iPhone users, Apple's Siri system acts as a personal assistant.

There is a choice between two premium sound systems. The 900-watt, 10-speaker Harman Kardon Premium Sound system is fitted as standard. The other option is the Bowers & Wilkins Surround Sound system with fifteen speakers and a 1,280-watt amplifier.

GranLusso Trim

The Quattroporte GranLusso gets one of Italy's most renowned fashion designer companies, Ermenegildo Zegna, to create and outfit this model's extraordinarily luxurious interior. Zegna's mulberry silk inserts on the headlining, door panels, seats, and light fixture are paired with the best leathers. A handstitched micro-chevron pattern adorns the silk, and a centrally woven macro-chevron silk insert adorns the seats.

GranSport Trim

The GranSport variant comes with leather Sport seats in the front and back of the Maserati Quattroporte. These are moulded firmly to provide optimal support even during the most intense driving. They also add even more sporty characters to the sedan. Precise control is provided by the large aluminium shifter panels and leather Sport steering wheel. The dashboard's stainless steel Sport pedals and high-gloss Black Piano wood trim complete the look. The Interior Carbon Package is an additional option. Maserati Quattroporte Transmission

All eight variants of the Maserati Quattroporte come with a ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox. For a one-to-one driving experience, the transmission uses auto-adaptive software to adjust its shift patterns based on driving style. Additionally, the final two gears, the seventh and eighth, are adjusted to use less gasoline and provide even more pleasure on lengthy, high-speed drives.

Safety

The luxury carmaker Maserati has focused heavily on safety when making the Quattroporte. The Maserati Stability Program (MSP) is made to drive in extreme conditions and uses multiple sensors to monitor driving status constantly. It can activate a number of safety and performance systems to maintain handling and grip. For example, if a skid is detected, MSP selectively lowers the engine torque and turns on the brakes to bring back stability within milliseconds. The MSP works with anti-slip regulation and engine brake torque control (MSR).

Other standard safety features include six airbags, ABS with EBD, a Brake Assist System, and a Hill Holder. There are also Full-Led Adaptive Headlights with Glare-Free High-Beam Assist, which employs 15 powerful LEDs to provide a 200% greater field of vision.
