The best part of ACKO Drive’s service was their efficient diagnosis of a recurring issue with my car’s air conditioning. Other service centres kept refilling the coolant, but the problem would return. The technicians at ACKO Drive took the time to investigate properly and found the root cause: a small leak in the system. After their repair, I’ve had no issues, and it’s a relief to have it fixed for good finally."

I had an issue with my Hyundai i20 wheel alignment, and instead of just doing a quick fix, they thoroughly tested it before handing it back. It was reassuring to see such dedication. They even gave me  tips on how to avoid the same issue in the future. The overall service felt more personal, which I appreciated.

ACKO Drive Service Centre Hafeezpet, Hyderabad

The service provided by Acko drive was excellent. I strongly recommend everyone and in my circle to have Acko insurance rather than others. Right from initial call, pickup/drop everything was cool and it didn't bother my office work. Especially I thank the Crew members who picked up and dropped my vehicle safely.

Also I would suggest Acko management to Tieup with All car dealers so that we can get better price than other insurance policies.

I had booked a pick-up and drop service between 9 to 11 AM, but the vehicle was picked up at 7 AM, which was quite inconvenient – this affects the rating.
That aside, the overall servicing quality was good. I really appreciated the continuous updates with photos and prompt responses to all queries, thanks to Gautam.
Spare parts seemed slightly expensive compared to the local market, possibly due to OEM pricing.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service experience.

Sai, the service manager is a customer friendly person and was very supportive,helpful in understanding the issues and keen to resolve the issues which made me very happy.Because of Sai behaviour and attitude made me make a decision to fix my long pending car issues.

New Damages found after receiving car at home.
Worst Service ever i've seen, I have given car on 18th Nov for minor Dent, today its 28th Nov still no proper response from them. I literally wasted my 11 days of time & counting. There was a delay for parts- I question, If parts aren't available why would you sell Insurance to us & disturb our Time?
I would change to other Insurance ASAP once i receive the car.
I can't suggest this place.  Local Mechanic Garages are much better.

Staff response very nice. Car service starting to upto ending updates given time to time. Service progress of the car. Car pickup and dropping by the staff. Service very good. Overall service is excellent. I will encourage my friends to take the acko car policy. Lastly my suggestion is to give the clear instructions to creta service centers to respond acko insurence policy car owners.
