For 2024, the new Bajaj Pulsar N150 and N160 will debut a completely new all-digital instrument console.
The fact that Bajaj Pulsar N150 and N160 are set to debut a new all-digital instrument cluster was already known. Now we have hands on the ex-showroom prices of the same.
The new Bajaj Pulsar N150 will be available in two variants. The base spec variant (without Bluetooth connectivity) is priced at ₹1.24 lakh (ex-showroom) and the top-spec model (with Bluetooth connectivity and rear disc brake) is priced at ₹1.31 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 will be available in one variant only with all the bells and whistles and carries a sticker price of ₹1.33 lakh (ex-showroom).
Although the bikes look the same as before, albeit with new exterior colour options, the new all-digital LCD instrument console that replaces the bezel-less semi-digital instrument cluster from before is the main highlight here.
The new console supports Bluetooth connectivity via the Bajaj Ride app and will get basic connectivity functions like accept and reject calls on the go, and mobile notification alerts. Yes, there’s no turn-by-turn navigation available, however, Bajaj might introduce this feature with the bigger Pulsar N250 and F250 bikes, which still feature the bezel-less console from before.
Other information like gear position indicator, real-time fuel efficiency, digital tachometer, speed, average fuel economy, and distance-to-empty will also be displayed on the console. To access these new infos, both the Pulsar N150 and N160 will be available with a new button on the switchgear of the left-hand side. The 2024 Pulsar N150 also gains assist and slipper clutch, but otherwise, both bikes remain mechanically the same.
With these updates, both the Pulsars are now on par with its rivals which primarily include likes of the the feature-rich TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, and the Yamaha FZS-Fi.
