The updated Pulsars have already arrived in showrooms.
Bajaj took to its social media account to announce the oncoming of the updated Pulsar N160 and N150. These new models have already started to arrive in showrooms, and images of the same have also surfaced online.
Both the new N150 and N160 will debut a new LCD digital console that replaces the bezel-less semi-digital console from before. This new unit will support Bluetooth connectivity via the Bajaj Ride Connect app with the basic set of connectivity features that includes accept and reject calls on the go, and mobile notification alerts. There is no turn-by-turn navigation available or music controls.
Additionally, the new console will have a gear position indicator, real-time fuel economy, average fuel economy, and distance to empty on display. To access this information, there’s also a new button on the left switch cube of both the Pulsars.
According to our dealer sources, we have also come to know that the Pulsar N150 will be getting a slip and assist clutch. Making it the first bike in the segment to feature this riding aid. We expect the same to make its way into the N160 as well.
Both the N150 and N150 will continue mechanically unchanged. Thereby, the 149.68 cc engine in the N150 with its 14.3 bhp/13.5 Nm configuration, and the 164.82 cc engine in the N160 with its 15.68 bhp/14.65 Nm configuration will continue as it is.
Bajaj is yet to officially announce the prices of the new N160 and N150, and we expect that to take place in the next couple of days. The N150 is currently priced at ₹1.19 lakh, and the N160 is priced between ₹1.23 lakh to ₹1.31 lakh. With these new updates, we expect the prices to go up by ₹3000-4000.
