The new ‘Top’ and Combat variants get hardware updates and new features.
Hero MotoCorp has launched the updated Karizma XMR 210 in our market. It was expected that the Karizma XMR 210 will be replaced with the upcoming Karizma XMR 250 as the motorcycle hasn’t performed well in the market. But it seems Hero wants to try its luck again as it had made heavy investment in the development of the XMR 210. The 2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 is available in three variants - Base (₹1,81,400), Top (₹1,99,750) and the Combat Edition (₹2,01,500), all prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi.

The Base version of the bike is similar to the older bike on sale, but the Top variant now features an USD fork (already previously available on the Combat edition) and a 4.2-inch TFT screen making the motorcycle more premium. The USD fork not only makes the 2025 Karizma XMR 210 look more aggressive, it will also help in improving the handling dynamics of the bike. The new TFT screen, similar to the one we have seen on the XPulse 210, also makes the baby Karizma more modern as the older LCD unit looked a bit dated. The only difference in the Combat Edition is the grey colour shade and some revised graphics.
On the mechanical front nothing has been changed and the 2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 is powered by the same engine. The 210 cc motor delivers 25.2 bhp and 20.4 Nm. It features a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch. The chassis, wheels and the braking hardware too has been carried forward. It will be interesting to see whether the 2025 Karizma XMR 210 finds any takers in its second innings, one good move by Hero is to expand its Premia dealerships this year and it should benefit the baby Karizma.
