The Triumph Trident 660 has gained a new special edition avatar called the Triple Tribute Edition. It pays homage to one of Britain’s most famous race bikes, the Triumph Trident number-67 “Slippery Sam” – which won the Isle of Man Production TT race for five consecutive years between 1971-1975. Being a special edition bike, the new Trident 660 Triple Tribute Edition distinguishes itself with a new dark livery design with Diablo Red wheels.
This exclusive aesthetic treatment is particularly noticeable on the tank which gets a triple tone treatment of black, blue and red shades. The “67” badge on the side of the tank acts as a salute to the race bike with the same number.

Mechanically, the Triumph Trident 660 Triple Tribute Edition remains the same as the standard bike. Wherein, it is powered by the same, punchy 660 cc, inline-triple engine that delivers 81 bhp and 64 Nm. And just like how the 2025 Triumph Trident 660 got the much needed 6-axis IMU to gain cornering ABS, traction control, cruise control, and a new “Sport” riding mode – the same has carried over on to the special edition bike.

Similarly, the updated Show SFF-BP (Separate Function Fork - Big Piston) paired to a new forged aluminium triple clamp, and a revised geometry for a shorter wheelbase (6 mm shorter) for a sharper rake (from 23.9 to 24.6 degrees) have also remained the same on this special edition bike as the standard bike.

While there are no details about whether Triumph will launch this special edition Trident 660 in India or not. The bike has gone on sale in the USA priced at $8,745 (i.e. approximately ₹7.40 lakh), which is just $150 (i.e. approximately ₹12,700) more than the standard Trident there.
Compared to that, the standard Trident 660 is priced here at ₹8.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Triumph is expected to launch the 2025 Triumph Trident 660 soon, and given how bikes in general have gone expensive in the country post the OBD-2B emission norms, we reckon the 2025 Trident 660 will also face the same axe to become an expensive affair by ₹30,000-₹40,000.
