The new updates introduced with the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 should elevate its ownership experience.
2024 saw several Bajaj Pulsar models being updated, and the latest model to receive the same is the Pulsar N250. The brand’s flagship naked streetfighter has been updated both with new hardware components and features, which should elevate not just its ride quality but also its overall ownership experience. We list down the key updates below:
Gone are the days when you would have to do with the Bajaj Pulsar N250 in the Brooklyn Black colour option only. The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 gains two new colour options: Glossy Racing Red and Pearl Metallic White. New graphics have further enhanced its aesthetic appeal making the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 more vibrant than before.
A major update that should see the ride quality of the Pulsar N250 improve significantly. By equipping the same 37 mm upside-down fork, the front section of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 now also looks quite meatier than before.
Replacing the semi-digital instrument cluster from before, the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 gains a new fully digital LCD instrument cluster. This unit gets smartphone connectivity, which in turn also gets you features call/sms alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation.
Along with dual-channel ABS, the 2024 Pulsar N250 now also gets three levels of ABS modes: Road, Rain, and Off-road. While the Pulsar N250 is no off-roader, the last Off-road ABS mode should come in handy when encountering a rough patch as it allows for a bit more slip at the rear. All three modes can be switched on the fly with only Off-road mode necessitating the bike is slower than 20 kmph while switching modes.
The 2024 Pulsar N250 also becomes the first Pulsar 250 model to debut switchable traction control. The addition of this new safety feature should add to rider’s confidence, and also prevent accidents. And in case you are an experienced rider and wish to turn the system off, you can do so but only in Off-road ABS mode.
Further improving its ride quality and giving riders more confidence to hit corners will be new wider tyres both at the front and rear. While the 17-inch size has remained the same, the front wheel is now shod with a 110/70-section tyre, and the rear wheel is wrapped in a 140/70-section tyre.
All of these updates naturally mean that the ex-showroom price of the Bajaj Pulsar N250 will increase. But at ₹1,50,829 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Pulsar N250 has become expensive by just ₹851. Which is quite reasonable for the number of updates it ushers in.
