Ather EL Electric Scooters To Be Shown On August 30

As Ather inches closer to its annual Community Day event, the brand is warming up to the occasion with several teasers. The latest confirms that its upcoming range of electric scooters, the brand new EL platform, will officially debut on August 30.

This next generation of electric scooters is expected to be cost-efficient, which will mark a significant shift in the brand’s product strategy. So, the EL-based electric scooters are expected to pack a smaller battery, boast conservative performance, and will also help Ather position itself as an accessible brand in the market. Aside from new electric scooters, Ather Energy is also slated to showcase a bunch of concept vehicles, which we reckon might be the brand’s electric motorcycles. Besides new two-wheelers, Ather will also launch its next-generation of fast chargers and upgraded software, Ather Stack 7.0.
