Sustained demand was observed for the manufacturer's high-end portfolio, including the Q7, Q8, S5 Sportback, and RS Q8 Performance.
Audi India has reported retail sales totalling 4,510 units for calendar year 2025, the manufacturer announced on Thursday, while managing what it termed as shifting market conditions within the luxury automotive sector. The sales data comes against a backdrop of what the carmaker described as varied market forces, although festive period demand and legisl provided positive momentum. The introduction of GST 2.0 contributed to enhanced consumer confidence within the premium vehicle market through the year.
Sustained demand was observed for the manufacturer's high-end portfolio, including the Q7, Q8, S5 Sportback, and RS Q8 Performance. The marque's higher-volume models -- including the Q3, A4, A6, and Q5 -- maintained sales momentum across the twelve-month period.
"Whilst market forces presented inherent obstacles, our results demonstrated the core strength of Audi's strategy and the exceptional loyalty demonstrated by our customers," Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Brand at Audi India, said in a statement.
The auto manufacturer strengthened its retail footprint through a new temporary showroom in Kanpur and an after-sales centre in Dehradun. The certified pre-owned vehicle programme, Audi Approved: plus, achieved 3 per cent growth during 2025, with the network extending to 27 locations across the country and maintaining stock of more than 500 certified vehicles.
The company also rolled out various ownership initiatives, including a guaranteed buyback programme offering up to 60 per cent assured residual value on selected models. The organisation expanded its electric vehicle infrastructure to exceed 6,500 charging locations and launched enhanced warranty and breakdown assistance schemes.
Through 2025, Audi India launched the RS Q8 Performance and unveiled Signature Editions spanning the A4, Q7, Q3, and Q5 ranges. The company additionally revealed a collaboration with Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra as a brand ambassador.
