Audi has unveiled a revamped myAudi app, integrating an advanced AI assistant to elevate the digital driving experience.
Co-developed with CARIAD using ChatGPT technology, the app serves as a unified gateway to Audi's ecosystem, linking vehicles, smartphones, and web interfaces with a premium, intuitive design.
Available now in over 50 markets from Europe to the Pacific via Apple App Store and Google Play.
The relaunched app retains core functionalities like route planning and vehicle data access while introducing innovations tailored for modern mobility, especially for electric vehicle owners. It acts as a "smart companion," simplifying interactions and reducing range anxiety through enhanced connectivity.
AI Assistant: Powered by ChatGPT, it delves into the vehicle's logbook and onboard manual to answer technical queries instantly, offering quick troubleshooting without manuals.
Digital Key: Lock, unlock, and start your Audi remotely using your smartphone or smartwatch: no physical key required.
Shopping Tab: Curated recommendations for digital services and physical accessories, personalised to your model.
EV-Specific Tools: Comprehensive charging management, including station locator, route-integrated charging stops, Plug & Charge support, battery preconditioning, and home charger scheduling for select models.
This integration fosters a seamless ecosystem, where users can send routes directly to the car, monitor real-time data, and access personalised insights.
For EV drivers, features like range displays and optimised charging routes promise greater efficiency and convenience.
