Auto Sales November 2023: Hyundai Retails 49,451 Units; Up By 3 Per Cent

SUVs performed exceptionally well during this period recording over 60 per cent of its overall sales.

Hyundai Motor India has released the monthly sales figures for November 2023, registering a steady growth of 3.01 per cent with domestic sales of 49,451 units as compared to 48,002 sold in the same month last period. Overall, the company contributed 65,801 units in November 2023, including exports at 16,350 units, a growth of 2.18 per cent with 16,001 units exported in the overseas market in November 2022.

Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “With encouraging customer response leading to higher retail sales during the festival season, our dealer network stock is at a very optimum level of 3 weeks.”

The company said that its SUVs performed exceptionally well during this period recording over 60 per cent of its overall sales. These include the Hyundai Exter, Hyundai Venue, Hyundai Venue N Line, Hyundai Creta and the new Hyundai Tucson. Additionally, the Exter has garnered a positive response in the market since its launch receiving over 1 lakh bookings since its launch.
