The sales growth has been attributed to the strong demand for SUVs and the RX and NX therefore have done well
Lexus India reported a year-on-year sales growth of 56% for the month of November 2024, as compared to November 2023. Lexus India, however, has not provided any numbers but we can conclude that a low base in 2023, has led to the upward tick in sales.
However, sales in the calendar year 2024 too are up by 17 per cent as compared to the same period last year. The company has attributed this sales growth to the big sales in the SUV category. Both the NX and the RX have shown good demand.

The RX, however, was the stand out model, registering a 50 per cent growth for the calendar year up to November 2024. The ES accounted for 41 per cent of the brand’s total sales in November 2024.
Tanmay Bhattacharya, Executive Vice President of Lexus India, said, "The growth in sales this year is a testament to the confidence our customers have in Lexus, as well as our commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional experiences.
