The stage is set for the highly anticipated 2024 BMW Group Annual Press Conference, where a new electric concept promises to shed light on the brand's future trajectory. Branded as the Vision Neue Klasse X, this concept hints at BMW's foray into the realm of electric SUVs. With a teaser image revealing a snippet of its minimalist cabin design borrowed from its sedan counterpart, expectations are running high ahead of its March 21 debut.

By incorporating the "X" nomenclature, BMW confirms speculations regarding its electric SUV ambitions, aligning with industry trends and consumer preferences. Drawing inspiration from the Vision Neue Klasse sedan showcased in 2023, the Vision Neue Klasse X aims to capture the essence of BMW's electric vision while catering to the burgeoning SUV market.
A notable shift in interior aesthetics is observed with the adoption of a burgundy colour scheme. Coupled with advanced infotainment features and an expansive head-up display, the Vision Neue Klasse X promises a futuristic driving experience, albeit sans the traditional iDrive controller.
