Of the three ranges, one will employ run flat technology
Ceat Tyres is gearing up to launch three new tyre ranges in India on March 13. These will cater towards the premium car owners with the aim to provide good traction at reasonable prices. We have already seen Ceat’s SportRad tyres fulfilling the needs of sub-500 cc sport bike enthusiasts by offering great tyres for sport riding while yet being very price conscious.
The target audience for the new series will be the owners of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo and Jaguar-Land Rover cars. There will be separate ranges for sedans and SUVs while the third will be run flat tyres.
In the current tyre market, where international brands are asking for anywhere between ₹15,000-₹25,000 per tyre for such machines. Hopefully, these new Ceats will also be cost effective and operate in the ₹12,000-₹15,000 range. More details on March 13.
