Ducati has confirmed the unveiling of a new edition of the Superleggera V4 Centenario. Through a teaser video, the Italian superbike manufacturer has revealed that this new special edition high-performance model is set to break covers at the next Ducati World Premiere on 26 March 2026. The event will be live streamed on Ducati’s official website and YouTube channel.

The teaser reveals the bike’s black anodised top clamp, as a laser engraving machine etches the words ‘SUPERLEGGERA V4 CENTENARIO’ onto it. The company is expected to reveal the motorcycle’s full specifications, technology, and features on the date of its official unveiling. The “Centenario” moniker signifies Ducati’s 100th anniversary, which is taking place this year.

Ducati Superleggera V4 Centenario: What to expect?

Like previous Superleggera models, the upcoming V4 Centenario is expected to be lighter, more powerful, and equipped with even more World SBK-spec components than the Panigale V4 R. Expected the new Superleggera V4 Centenario to be an ulltra-exclusive model, limited to a handful of units. To provide perspective, only 500 units of the 2020 Ducati Superleggera were produced.

Ducati hasn’t shared any concrete details about the upcoming Superleggera V4 Centenario. However, the previous Ducati Panigale Superleggera was powered by a 998 cc, Desmosedici Stradale that pumped out 221 bhp and 119 Nm of peak torque. This engine was paired with a trusted 6-speed gearbox that came with a bi-directional quick shifter. This engine is derived from the race-spec engine used by Ducati at the World Superbike Championship.
