When launched in India, the FB Mondial Piega 452 will lock horns with Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 which is offered at a starting price of ₹2.56 lakh (ex-showroom).
Italian motorcycle brand FB Mondial is making a comeback to India. The Italian bikemaker is set to re-enter the Indian market through a partnership with MotoHaus, debuting its first model — the Piega 452 — at India Bike Week 2025. Established in 1929, FB Mondial has built its legacy by earning multiple world championships and inspiring riders across generations worldwide.
Speaking on the occasion, Tushar Shelke, Chairman & Managing Director, Motohaus India, said, “The return of FB Mondial to India through Motohaus is more than just the arrival of a motorcycle, it’s the revival of a legacy. We’re proud to bring back a brand that represents the soul of Italian motorcycling and share its story with Indian riders once again.”
Shelke further added that Motohaus will ensure that any existing FB Mondial customer can avail services or spares through any showroom starting end of December 2025. The company says its growing footprint will ensure that legacy customers are not left behind as it introduces new models to the Indian market.

Headquartered in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, Motohaus had previously launched the Austrian brand Brixton Motorcycles and the Italian brand VLF Scooters in India. Motohaus handles manufacturing, sales, and service operations of both brands in the country. FB Mondial will be the third brand under its umbrella.
While the company is yet to officially reveal the specifications of the India-spec Piega 452. It is more or less expected to be similar to the model sold in Europe. The Piega 452 is powered by a 450cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 8-valve engine paired with a six-speed gearbox that delivers 47 bhp at 9500 rpm and a peak torque of 39 Nm at 7600 rpm. The naked streetfighter weighs 176 kg (kerb) and rolls on 120/70-17 front and 160/60-17 rear tyres.
Notably, the Piega 452 will stand out as the only motorcycle in India’s sub-500cc segment to feature a single-sided swingarm — a testament to its premium engineering and design finesse. The golden USD fork further enhances its striking and sporty stance. It gets a saddle height of 820mm and a ground clearance of 187mm. The fuel tank capacity is rated at 10 litres.

In terms of features, the Piega 452 comes with a TFT instrument panel with smartphone connectivity, a slip and assist clutch, and traction control system. Upon launch, expect the FB Mondial Piega 452 to be priced around ₹3.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
