Genesys International Corporation has reported an impressive second quarter (Q2) results for FY26, with profit after tax surging 68.5 per cent quarter-on-quarter to ₹12 crore, underpinned by enhanced margins and robust expansion across revenue and operating earnings. The company which provides advanced mapping, survey and geospatial services reported its consolidated revenue advanced 12 per cent sequentially to ₹80.79 crore, compared to ₹72.14 crore in Q1FY26, while EBITDA climbed nearly 10 per cent to ₹33.84 crore.
The quarter-on-quarter profit margin improved substantially from 9.8 per cent to 14.8 per cent.
On a year-on-year basis, revenue expanded 10.64 per cent from Rs 73.02 crore, EBITDA increased 11.38 per cent, and PAT rose 6.86 per cent.
"We are pleased to report a strong performance this quarter, reflecting the success of our strategic initiatives and continued operational discipline. Our focus remains on strengthening cash flow from operations through efficient working capital management and improved project execution. Continued investments in R&D and the New India Map Stack are driving innovation, scalability, and deeper market adoption," Sajid Malik, Chairman and Managing Director, Genesys International, said in a statement.
He highlighted ongoing investments in R&D and the New India Map Stack, which he said are driving greater scalability and market adoption.
Malik also pointed to strong traction for the company's 3D ADAS-driven navigation map platform, which is gaining validation from industry partners and is expected to see "immense potential" in the coming quarters.
The technology is a significant advancement in automotive navigation solutions, leveraging three-dimensional mapping data combined with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) capabilities to provide enhanced navigation experiences.
The company's focus on operational efficiency has translated into tangible financial improvements, with margin expansion reflecting better cost management and execution capabilities. The emphasis on working capital control suggests a strategic shift towards sustainable cash generation alongside revenue growth.
Genesys International's continued investment in research and development, particularly in mapping technologies and the New India Map Stack initiative, positions the company to capitalise on growing demand for sophisticated geospatial solutions across multiple sectors.
