Raipur-based, Godawari Group has forayed into the passenger segment with its latest Eblu Feo electric scooter, launched at Rs. 99,999 (ex-showroom, India). To be manufactured from its facility in Raipur, the new Eblu Feo will be offered in five paint schemes—black, Blue, White, Red, and Grey in a single, fully loaded variant. Moreover, the company also announced that Eblu Feo will receive a subsidy under the FAME 2 scheme. At present, the company’s portfolio consists of Eblu Rozee electric three-wheelers, Eblu Spin, and Eblu Thrill electric bicycles in the country. The Eblu Feo competes with the more affordable versions of the Ola S1 Air, and Ather 450 S in the market.
Hyder Khan, CEO, Godawari Electric Motors, said, “Eblu Feo has been designed from scratch at the company’s Raipur facility and features a timeless design and focuses on offering superior comfort. It is specifically aimed to be a family-oriented scooter with a blend of performance and safety with great value for money price.”
The new Eblu Feo electric scooter comes equipped with a 2.52 kW battery pack that helps develop 3.6 bhp and 110 Nm of peak torque, with a claimed range of 110 km on a single charge. To be juiced from a 60 V home charger, the Eblu Feo electric scooter takes about 5.25 hours to completely charge its battery. The Eblu Feo electric scooter comes with 3 ride modes- Eco, Normal, and Power that are capped at 30 kmph, 45 kmph, and 60 kmph respectively.
In terms of features, the Eblu Feo receives a 7.4-inch digital display that shows important information regarding the electric scooter. At the front are AHO LED headlamps and LED taillamps along with 12-inch tubeless tyres. The turn indicators are housed on the front apron and carry a minimalistic look. The under-seat storage carries the 30 kg battery pack, restricting the storage space to the holders at the front.
The suspension duties are carried by telescopic forks at the front and dual tube twin shockers at the rear while braking is handled by CBS disc brakes on both wheels.
