It might just be another special trim of the H’ness model
Honda India has teased the arrival of a new motorcycle that is likely to be based on the CB350 platform. Early expectations are that it won’t be a completely brand new product but rather a variant of the existing CB350 H’ness.
Honda is going with a more traditional approach for this upcoming bike. The split seats from the H’ness continue but you now get a white piping to add to the old school charm. One small detail that was spotted in the teaser was the new mudguard that is now mounted in a traditional style near the wheel and not on the top of the stanchion. And plus, it gets fork sleeves, just like the Bullet 350, the Classic 350, and the Jawas.
Hence, if we were to draw a parallel for it in the Royal Enfield line-up, it would be more like the new model to be the Bullet 350 while the H’ness remains the Classic 350 rival. However, unlike Royal Enfield, expect Honda to charge a slight premium for the new trim over the H’ness, prices for which start from Rs 2,09,857 (ex-showroom Delhi).
