Honda Dio 125 Gets a Colourful Makeover In Brazil for 2025

Honda has unveiled the 2025 iteration of the popular Honda Dio 125 scooter in Brazil under the moniker Honda Elite 125. This update has a refreshed design, new colour options, and a few new features.

While the Indian market enjoys a vibrant selection of Honda Dio 125 colours, the Brazilian Honda Elite 125 takes things a step further. The 2025 model has a few new changes to the design which make it look sleeker and more mature aesthetic. This is evident in the cleaner lines and smoother curves that define the new bodywork. The redesigned fascia gives the scooter a more modern and sophisticated look, while the sculpted side panels add a touch of sportiness. Overall, the 2025 Honda Elite 125 strikes a balance between style and practicality, This is further accentuated by four stunning new colour options.

For those who prefer a clean and sophisticated look, the timeless classic Ross White is a perfect choice. Lumiar Silver Metallic adds a touch of modern luxury with its shimmering metallic finish. Maceio Red is a bold and vibrant option and Mystery Blue Metallic offers a deep blue with a metallic finish. India Hoping for a Colourful Future

The Honda Dio that is sold in India comes with a 123.9cc air-cooled engine. This engine makes 8 bhp and 10 Nm. Peak power sees a slight decrease compared to the previous Brazilian model as there are lesser stricter emission norms in Brazil. The new iteration has an Idle Stop-Start System with ISG for silent starts and improved fuel economy. The engine is paired with a CVT transmission. This scooter rides on a telescopic front fork and a rear monoshock suspension.

The Honda Dio 125 comes in STD and SMART variants, both stylish 125cc scooters for city rides. The STD is budget-friendly with a perky engine, disc brakes, and a digital display. The SMART adds features like better fuel efficiency, one-touch start, a "find-me" function, and an anti-theft system, for a slightly higher price. Both offer a 3D emblem option for those who prefer a touch of extra flair.
