Let’s take a quick look at what you can expect from the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV.
Honda Cars India is all set to launch its new compact SUV, the Elevate, on June 5, 2023. The new Honda Elevate compact SUV is expected to be a major player in the Indian SUV market, and it is important for Honda Cars India to not only compete with its rivals but also grow its sales. So, before the latest compact SUV debuts in the country, let’s take a quick look at what you can expect from the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV.
The Honda Elevate compact SUV is anticipated to showcase a traditional SUV silhouette with an upright stance, according to recent teasers and spy shots. Notably, the vehicle is expected to boast sharp details, enhancing its overall aesthetic appeal. At the front, LED daytime running lights and a sizeable chrome grille are likely to be incorporated, adding to its striking appearance. Moving towards the rear, wraparound LED taillights are expected to grace the vehicle, complementing its design.
On the inside, the Honda Elevate compact SUV will feature an identical 8-inch unit from the Honda City as well as a number of creature comforts such as wireless phone charging, and ventilated front seats, along with cruise control. The Honda Elevate compact SUV is also expected to offer ADAS, but that will be restricted to the top-spec versions. We also expect the Honda Elevate compact SUV to feature a 360-degree camera setup and a single-pane sunroof.
Under the hood, the Honda Elevate compact SUV is expected to employ the same powertrain as the Honda City, so expect the 1.5-litre petrol engine to produce 119 bhp and 145 Nm coupled to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT unit. The Honda Elevate compact SUV might also come with a strong hybrid option, that will develop 124 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque, coupled to an e-CVT.
