Taking matters online and reducing person-to-person contact furthermore, Honda today launched its Smart Workshop app for all Android and Apple phones. Customers will now be informed of real-time updates of the status of their motorcycles and scooter’s service directly into their phones via the app.
In peak hours, the app will assist customers with the same by providing the actual waiting time and subsequent lounge services, while their vehicle is being serviced. Customers will be informed of all the events and services made to their vehicles by the centre via SMS, which will be sent after every stage of service.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch of this phone app, Yogesh Mathur, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India said, “This revolutionary tool not only provides transparency but also ensures a hassle-free and convenient experience for our valued customers.
