This is Aprilia’s first made-in-India motorcycle.
Aprilia RS 457 prices have been announced at ₹4.10 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Aprilia’s supersport has been in the works for quite a few years and we are glad that the premium Italian sport bike has finally gone on sale and how.
The design of the bike is in line with the rest of the Aprilia 660. The bike has sharp lines which make it look very aggressive. The RS 457 comes in three paint schemes: black, white, and silver.

The Aprilia RS457 is powered by a 457 cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine, the Aprilia RS 457 has an impressive output of 47 bhp. This figure surpasses the power of both the Kawasaki Ninja 400, which stands at 45 bhp, and the current KTM RC 390, which offers 43 bhp. With a kerb weight of 175 kg, the Aprilia RS 457 is only marginally heavier than the RC by 3kg. This slight weight difference and more power is expected to contribute to a fun and dynamic riding experience.
Aprilia RS 457 gets a 41 mm USD fork and monoshock, both featuring preload adjustability. The braking is managed by 320 mm and 220 mm discs, along with dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch alloys wrapped in TVS Eurogrip Protorq Extreme tyres
We are super happy that Aprilia has managed to bring the sport bike dream to fruition. Now all that is left is to sample this Italian beauty sometime in early 2024.
