India Bike Week 2025 in Panchgani drew 16,000 riders for races, launches like Triumph Trident 660, stunts, music, and more.
India Bike Week (IBW), the country's premier motorcycle festival, concluded its 12th edition in the hill town of Panchgani, Maharashtra, drawing around 16,000 enthusiasts, families, and riders despite just three weeks' notice.
Originally planned for Goa, the event shifted due to local elections, transforming the scenic Western Ghats into a buzzing hub of biking culture, supported by the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) and local authorities.
The festival, held on 19-20 December, featured a packed lineup of races, launches, stunts, and music, boosting the local economy through infrastructure setups at Dubash Airfield. Martin da Costa, Festival Director, IBW, described it as a historic chapter overcoming challenges, thanking authorities and venue host Kamran Dubash for their swift cooperation. He highlighted the community's resilience, vowing richer experiences ahead.
Key experiences included Pol Tarres' Hard Enduro Stunt Show at Gulf Syntrac Enduro Park, SKODA's 750+ off-road Kodiaq trials, Vida's Dirt-E Track for 200+ children, and Pulsar Underground's stunt zone with Ghost Ryderz performances.

FMSCI-backed races like the IBW Hill Climb by Reise Moto and Harley-Davidson Flat Track drew crowds, with KTM Enduro Cross winners earning spots in the 2026 KTM Adventure Rally in Goa led by Chris Birch.
In the Harley-Davidson Flat Track Race, Gideon Benjemin won ₹5 lakh, Asad Khan took second (₹3 lakh), and Donesh Deepak Joshi third (₹2 lakh). The Jameson Ginger Ale Bike Build Off saw Shreyans Shakur of Dextrous Motorcycles claim victory with his Harley-Davidson X440-based X1R, earning an all-expenses-paid trip to the UK's Adventure Bike Rider Festival in June 2026. Roaring Toys' contests offered ₹1 lakh in prizes, two Yamaha R15 bikes, and group registrations.
Launches at the event featured Triumph's Trident 660 refresh, Aprilia's RS 457 colour options with MotoGP rider Lorenzo Savadori, SMK Helmets' Cygnus with sensor-pulsing LEDs, KTM's Adventure Rally Cup, Vida's DIRT.E K3 kid's bike, Reise Moto's tourRad, torqR 03 SX, trackR, and twistR tyres, and Gulf's Syntrac synthetic oil.
The Big Trip stage hosted overlanders like Simon & Lisa Thomas, Elspeth Beard, and Zubin Jaffar, with masterclasses by Motozoomer and Aishwariya Pissay. Music from King, Karan Kanchan, Sugga Honey, and Harley-Davidson Rock Riders, plus DJ sets at Jameson Connects, kept energy high. The camp-style after-party under the stars fostered camaraderie.
IBW 2025 reaffirmed its role as India's motorcycling heartbeat, blending adrenaline, culture, and sustainability for an unforgettable hilltop celebration.
