The second-gen Kia Seltos will look dramatically different from the outgoing model.
Kia has released the first official teasers for the next-generation Seltos, giving a glimpse of its radically new design ahead of its full global reveal on Wednesday, December 10.
The images confirm a significant departure from the current model's styling, aligning the popular midsize SUV more closely with Kia's latest global design language.
The front fascia is dominated by a wide, gloss black grille, flanked by sharp vertical LED daytime running lights. In a distinctive design move, the main headlight units are integrated within the outer edges of the grille itself, featuring a complex signature combining C-shaped, vertical, and horizontal LED elements.

Another visible update is the integration of flush-fitting, retractable door handles, which contribute to a cleaner side profile and improved aerodynamics.
At the rear, the new Seltos will feature a full-width LED light bar, a design element reminiscent of the recently unveiled Kia Carens Clavis, giving it a contemporary and connected appearance.
The next-generation Seltos is expected to carry forward its successful formula with similar powertrains, a feature-rich cabin, and better connectivity.
It will continue to be a key competitor in India's fiercely contested midsize SUV segment, rivalling models like the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Toyota Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, and more.
More details, including interior images, specifications, and delivery timelines, will be revealed on December 10.
