Jeep had brought only 30 units of this special edition SUV to India.
Jeep India has sold out all 30 units of the Wrangler Willys 41 special edition in under a month. This is quite a phenomenal response for a car that costs ₹73.24 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Based on the top-of-the-line Rubicon trim, the Jeep Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition debuted on May 5, 2025, finished in a distinctive “41 Green” paint. It paid homage to the original Willys MB, which entered mass production back in 1941, and underscoring this historical reference is the ‘1941’ decal on the hood as well.

In addition to the exclusive green colour, buyers also had the option to choose this limited-run Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 special edition in standard shades—White, Black, Red, and Grey. Mechanically, there were no changes, and it continues to be powered by the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 266 bhp and 400 Nm.
Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director, Automotive Brand, concluded, “We are humbled and grateful for the enthusiastic response to the Wrangler Willys Limited Edition. The fact that it is now completely sold out reflects the deep love and trust our customers have in the Jeep brand. We thank our Jeep community for their support and passion, which continues to inspire us to bring them authentic, adventure-ready vehicles that honour our legacy.”
