The automotive components producer registered consolidated revenue of ₹1,156 crore during Q2 FY26.
Lumax Auto Technologies Limited on Monday its financial performance for the second quarter and six-month period concluding 30 September 2025, with substantial advancement across principal performance indicators. The automotive components producer registered consolidated revenue of ₹1,156 crore during Q2 FY26, thus, representing a 37 per cent year-on-year expansion from ₹842 crore in the equivalent period of the previous year. Throughout the initial half of FY26, revenue totalled ₹2,183 crore, sustaining the identical 37 per cent growth momentum compared with H1 FY25.
EBITDA for the quarter attained ₹170 crore with margins advancing to 14.7 per cent, elevated from 14.0 per cent in Q2 FY25. The organisation's profit after tax before minority interest expanded 50 per cent year-on-year to ₹78 crore in Q2, with earnings per share ascending to ₹9.81 from ₹6.29 in the preceding year.
The revenue expansion stemmed from sustained demand from original equipment manufacturers, new programme introductions, and robust performance within the passenger vehicle and aftermarket segments. On a standalone basis, the OEM business expanded 12 per cent in H1 FY26, whilst the aftermarket segment recorded 15 per cent growth.
"The improvement in profitability underscores our focus on operational excellence and disciplined cost management," Anmol Jain, Managing Director of Lumax Auto Technologies, said in a statement, while adding that the company remains on track to achieve its medium-term 20:20:20:20 vision.
The company's subsidiaries, excluding the recently acquired Greenfuel, expanded 36 per cent year-on-year, with IAC India and Mechatronics entities spearheading growth. Including Greenfuel, subsidiary growth reached 56 per cent in H1 FY26.
In a noteworthy development, Lumax inaugurated its SHIFT Tech Center in Bengaluru during October 2025, focusing on electronics and digital engineering competencies including in-cabin experience, ADAS, connectivity, and embedded systems.
Throughout the quarter, the organisation secured new launches with significant clients including Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars, and TVS for various products including shifters, switches, sensors, and plastic components.
