Note: This vehicle is part of Braman Motors' fleet, and they sponsored all costs associated with this project in accordance with the CMB Policy.
Although the department stated that the fully equipped 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost incurred no cost to taxpayers, questions arose regarding its funding source. The Miami Herald reported that the vehicle is on loan from the dealership and will eventually be returned. Braman Motors will cover gas and maintenance expenses, with the police force assuming responsibility only in the event of damage while in custody.
