MINI Launches Most Powerful JCW Countryman ALL4 at ₹64.9 Lakh in India

MINI India launched the John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 at ₹64.9 lakh (ex-showroom) on October 14, 2025, at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida. The company positions this as the most powerful MINI ever launched in India.

The new model features a 2.0-litre four-cylinder TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that produces 300 hp and 400 Nm torque. The vehicle accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h. The car comes with an all-wheel drive system and a 7-speed double clutch steptronic sport transmission.

Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO of BMW Group India, said the MINI JCW Countryman embodies the spirit of motorsport with performance and precision at its core. The vehicle is built to perform on tracks, city streets, and terrain.

The model comes as a completely built-up unit (CBU) and can be booked at all authorized MINI dealerships. Deliveries will commence soon.

Other JCW Models in India

MINI has launched several John Cooper Works models in India over the yea₹. The JCW 3-Door hatch was first launched in 2019 at ₹ 43.5 lakh. The company also introduced the JCW GP Inspired Edition as a limited edition in 2020. In 2021, the updated JCW hatch was priced at ₹ 45.5 lakh. More recently, MINI launched the Cooper S JCW Pack in January 2025 at ₹ 55.9 lakh and the Countryman E JCW Pack in June 2025 at ₹ 62 lakh.

The JCW Countryman ALL4 features motorsport-inspired design elements including an octagonal grille in high-gloss black, LED headlights with JCW signature mode, and 19-inch JCW runway spoke wheels. The interior includes JCW sports seats, aluminum paddle shifters and a panoramic glass roof. Cargo space ranges from 500 litres to 1,450 litres with rear seats folded.

The vehicle includes advanced technology such as the MINI operating system 9, intelligent personal assistant, head-up display, and Harman Kardon sound system. Safety features include cruise control, parking assistant plus with 360-degree camera, and multiple airbags.

Competition

At the ₹64.9 lakh price point, the JCW Countryman ALL4 competes with several luxury SUVs. The BMW X1 starts at ₹50.60 lakh, Mercedes-Benz GLA is priced from ₹49.72 lakh, Audi Q3 starts at ₹43.07 lakh, and Volvo XC40 is available from ₹46.40 lakh. The Lexus NX, priced at ₹66.59 lakh, offe₹ similar positioning in the premium SUV segment.
