Bluelink, Hyundai’s connected car suite, was launched in 2019 with the Venue.

Hyundai Motor India has sold over 6.75 lakh with its Bluelink ‘connected car tech’. The first car to launch in India with this was the Venue in 2019 and now it is offered in nine models – i20, Exter, Venue, Verna, Creta, Creta Electric, Alcazar, Tucson, and Ioniq 5. The Grand i10 Nios and Aura are the only cars that don't get it.

Bluelink is also available on smartwatches from select brands.

In 2019, Hyundai’s Bluelink had 35 features, and now it has more than 70 features like digital key, remote engine start-stop, remote climate control, stolen vehicle notification, tyre pressure information, navigation, and OTA updates, to name a few. Bluelink services are free in all applicable models for the first three years. Furthermore, Bluelink can also be connected to smartwatches from Apple, Emporio Armani, Fossil, Misfit, Mobvio Tic Watch, Oppo, Puma, Samsung, and Skygen.

Jae Wan Ryu, Function Head, Corporate Planning, Hyundai India, said, “Bluelink has significantly uplifted user and ownership experience, transforming cars into lifestyle products, garnering the appreciation of customers from across the country. Today, connected cars drive a significant part of Hyundai’s overall sales in India, surpassing half a million sales milestone. With the ever-increasing number of tech-savvy, convenience-seeking, and young car buyers, I am confident that the demand for connected car tech will rise rapidly in the coming years.”
