Yamaha adds a splash of colour to their sporty commuters, no mechanical changes – just a stylish paint party!
The Yamaha FZ-X, FZ, and FZ-S models had all been updated with new paint schemes at the start of 2024. The most anticipated announcement back then was the new chrome edition of the FZ-X that was expected to be unveiled soon . This has now been showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. Along with new colours for the Yamaha FZ-S Fi V4. Here’s a closer look at all of them.
Undoubtedly the most eye-catching addition is the FZ-X Chrome edition, which made its debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. This head-turning motorcycle features a gleaming chrome-finished tank and headlight unit, complemented by a sleek matte black finish on the rest of the bike, including the badges and exhaust.
The golden yellow FZ-X logo and brushed gold wheels add a touch of contrast, while the black seat completes the overall look.
The FZ-S Fi V4 gets two exciting new colour schemes for 2024. The first one is Ice Fluro Vermilion. Inspired by the MT-15 lineup, this scheme has bright orange wheels that pop against the matte light grey body. The chunky proportions of the FZ-S Fi V4 are accentuated by the large matte panels, creating a bold and balanced look.
The second one is Neon Yellow and Matte Green. This striking combination features neon yellow wheels that demand attention, while the matte green body panels provide a muted touch to balance. Chrome accents on the shrouds tie in seamlessly with the chrome forks which are visually the same level. The rest of the bike remains in a sleek matte black with a matching seat.
It's important to note that all the aforementioned bikes retain their original designs. The updates are purely cosmetic, focusing on the exciting new colour and finishes.
The price for the FZ-X Chrome will be revealed soon, and we expect Yamaha to announce the pricing for the other updated models around the same time.
