The Taiwanese manufacturer might also share its plans regarding expansion of its battery-swapping network.
Taiwanese electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Gogoro, is set to launch its latest electric scooter in India on December 12. They are aiming to contribute to sustainable urban mobility by bringing in something that is quite suitable for the Indian road conditions: the CrossOver.
The Gogoro CrossOver features a highly functional design with rugged utility in mind. The wide and flat floor allows for convenient luggage carrying, complemented by flat seats in a split layout. The pillion seat transforms into a backrest for single-seat use, creating additional space for luggage. The scooter includes a designated area for luggage beside its distinctive headlight. While the design prioritises functionality, the company has added a touch of interest with funky colour combinations.

The scooter is powered by a 7.5 kW liquid cooled electric motor with swappable battery packs. It is expected to provide a 100km range on a full charge. With 12-inch alloy wheels and a decent suspension system, it is expected to be a quite potent work-horse, especially for delivery fleet operators.
Details about pricing are expected to be disclosed on December 12. Gogoro has been testing its battery-swapping network in India since November last year and will announce its expansion on the same date as well. This move underlines the company's commitment to sustainable transportation solutions in the Indian market, showcasing Gogoro's strategic entry into the evolving electric vehicle sector.
