The free-to-play shooter promises to bring the full Call of Duty: Warzone experience to mobile devices.
Activision's highly anticipated Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will finally launch worldwide on March 21 after months of limited regional availability. Ahead of the global rollout, the publisher has released an explosive new trailer showcasing the game's high-fidelity graphics, intense gameplay, and iconic Call of Duty maps like Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
The free-to-play shooter promises to bring the full Call of Duty: Warzone experience to mobile devices, featuring a last-player-standing battle royale mode supporting up to 120 combatants. But battle royale is just the start - Warzone Mobile will also include classic multiplayer modes like Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed across fan-favourite maps like Shipment and Shoot House.
Perhaps most excitingly, Warzone Mobile will be the first Call of Duty title to feature full cross-progression across mobile, PC and console. Players will be able to level up weapons, operators, and the premium Battle Pass simultaneously, no matter which platform they're playing on.
The trailer reveals Warzone Mobile will launch with a dizzying array of over 120 primary and secondary weapons to unlock and customize. There will also be 25 "Aftermarket" attachments, allowing players to tinker with unique weapon builds. It will also include content from both Modern Warfare II and the upcoming Modern Warfare III.
Players can purchase the Season 2 Battle Pass at launch for 1,100 COD Points ($9.99), unlocking over 100 rewards like weapon blueprints, operator skins, and more. A premium, 2,400 CP BlackCell bundle adds 20 tier skips and other bonuses.
With over 50 million pre-registrations already, there is immense demand for a no-compromises Call of Duty experience on mobile. Warzone Mobile looks poised to deliver just that when it launches globally on March 21 for iOS and Android devices.
