This comes in addition to the 2-year Extended Battery Warranty available that Odysse already provides.
Odysse Electric Vehicle has introduced a new extended battery warranty program for up to 5 years. All popular Odysse models which include - Evoqis, E2Go+, E2Go Lite, Hawk Plus, Hawk Lite, Racer Lite, V2+ / V2 and Vader - are eligible for this new program from March 1 onwards.
The marque already provides the 2-year extended battery warranty, and this new program comes in addition to that. The extended warranty plan can be purchased with the first one year of the purchase of any Odysse products. Customers can also make unlimited number of claims up to the battery cost, based on the age and capacity of the battery unit.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch of this new program, Nemin Vora, CEO, Odysse Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., said, “With this initiative, customers can utilize their EVs without fear of battery malfunction. This will make the EVs even more cost effective in the long run compared to their ICE counterparts as their initial investment is balanced out by low cost per kilometre along with lower carbon footprint.”
This extended battery warranty program will be available nationwide through Odysse’s authorised dealers. And services to the battery will be carried out at the company’s authorised service centres.
