Omega Seiki Mobility plans to leverage its pan-India network of more than 200 dealerships to make the scooter accessible across Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III cities.
Omega Seiki Mobility has launched a new electric scooter named Vextra at ₹99,900 (ex-showroom). This product marks Omega’s entry into the personal electric mobility space. Omega says that Vextra has been developed to address the growing demand for high-performance, affordable, and technology-driven electric scooters for daily commuting and professional usage.
Commenting on the launch, Dr. Uday Narang, Founder & Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said, “At Omega Seiki Mobility, our goal has always been to democratize clean mobility with products that are practical, reliable, and future-ready. With the launch of OSM Vextra, we are entering the fast-speed two-wheeler segment with a vehicle that balances performance, range, and affordability.”
OSM Vextra will be manufactured at Omega Seiki Mobility’s facility in Faridabad, with an annual production capacity of 25,000 units. Besides selling in India, the electric two-wheeler will be exported to markets in Africa supporting the company’s broader global expansion plans. Omega Seiki Mobility has also indicated plans to further expand its two-wheeler lineup, including the development of an electric motorcycle for international markets.

Powering the OSM Vextra is a 3.45 kWh IP67-rated LMFP battery, paired with a 3 kW BLDC hub motor. Omega claims a top speed of up to 70 kmph for the Vextra and promises to deliver real-world range of over 110 km on a single charge The scooter features a gradeability of 12 degrees, enabling consistent performance across city roads and flyovers. There are three ride modes to choose from: Eco, City, and Sports. Charging is optimised for everyday use, with 0–80 percent charge achievable in around four hours.

The electric scooter also incorporates a range of smart and convenience features, including a 3.5-inch colour LCD instrument cluster displaying real-time state of charge, speed, and distance-to-empty. Additional features such as USB charging, reverse parking assist, and optional GSM connectivity enhance usability while keeping operating costs low.
