Porsche India has recorded its best year in sales since its inception in 2004. The German marque sold 914 vehicles in India in 2023, a 17 per cent year-on-year growth compared to 2022. During the year, Porsche India delivered 113 units of the Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo. Porsche also managed to sell 65 units of its iconic sportscar, the 911.
Manolito Vujicic, Brand Director, Porsche India, said, “2023 was another strong year for Porsche India where sales of every model played a significant factor in our encouraging result.”
Porsche India will have a total of 10 showrooms in India this year, with the latest ones opening in Pune and Hyderabad in the first half of the year. In 2023, Porsche opened five new showrooms in India in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Vujicic added, “It sets a good benchmark for 2024 which will see several new products being launched, as well as further expansion to our retail network as part of our unwavering dedication to providing the best possible customer experience.”
The brand also hosted 45 customers for its ICE Experience in Levin, Finland and has announced it will repeat this for more customers in the coming months.
