The launch of Euler Prime aligns with the company’s vision of making commercial electric vehicles not just efficient mobility solutions, but intelligent, reliable partners for businesses.
Euler Motors has introduced Euler Prime, an on-the-go vehicle support solution designed to provide faster, smarter, and preemptive assistance for electric commercial vehicle customers across more than 45 cities in India. Launched in New Delhi, the new initiative marks a significant step in enhancing uptime and operational efficiency for EV fleet operators. The first rollout phase will cover Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna.
Euler Prime has been created with a clear objective: to keep Euler Motors’ vehicles running with minimal interruptions, enabling customers to maximize earnings. In the event of a vehicle breakdown—whether within the city or its outskirts—trained Prime teams will be dispatched through mobile bikes and vans.
With the introduction of Euler Prime, the company aims to reach customers within 90 minutes in urban areas, while outer-city and highway support will target resolution within four to five hours. Euler claims that this rapid-response setup will ensure timely assistance and significantly reduce the downtime that commercial EV operators typically face.
A key pillar of Euler Prime is Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house vehicle intelligence system. Shepherd enhances the support ecosystem through live diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance capabilities. By identifying potential issues before they escalate, the platform enables proactive assistance — a shift from traditional, reactive service models.
Speaking on this development, Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, said “Euler Prime is a significant milestone in our mission to deliver an exceptional and seamless ownership experience to our customers. Delivering the highest utilisation of EV assets is the main motto behind Euler Prime. We have reimagined customer support as a proactive, real-time solution that keeps our customers’ businesses moving.”
Euler Prime is now available to all new customers and those covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Existing customers can opt for the service on a paid basis. The initiative highlights Euler Motors' broader focus on creating an ownership ecosystem that values uptime, responsiveness, and simplicity.
