Realme has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming Realme 12 Pro 5G series in India. The company's new number series will debut in the country on January 29 at 12 pm IST.
The Realme 12 Pro series is expected to have two models - the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+. The new phones will succeed the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+. Realme has been teasing various details about the new phones in recent weeks through its social media channels.
One of the designs revealed shows a circular camera module with a golden dial placed centrally on the rear. The phone will come in a Submarine Blue colour option. Realme has also confirmed that the 12 Pro series will feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS support.

Leaked specifications suggest the Realme 12 Pro may come in Navigator Beige and Submarine Blue colours with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The higher-end Realme 12 Pro+ is said to offer an additional Explorer Red option with 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB variants.
Under the hood, the Realme 12 Pro is rumoured to draw power from a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, while the Pro+ model could opt for a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. Both phones reportedly pack 5,000mAh batteries with 67W fast charging and sport 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screens with 120Hz refresh rates.
