Eicher Motors Limited (EML), the parent company of Royal Enfield and VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, marking its best-ever quarterly performance to date. The company reported a 45% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹6,172 crore, while EBITDA rose 39% to ₹1,512 crore.
Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 25% YoY to ₹1,369 crore, driven by strong sales across both Royal Enfield and VECV divisions.
Royal Enfield achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales at 3,27,067 motorcycles, representing a 45% increase over the same quarter last year. The brand also witnessed robust demand during the festive season, with sales of 2.49 lakh units.
Commenting on the company’s performance, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd. and CEO of Royal Enfield, stated, “This has been an exceptionally encouraging quarter with record performance across both Royal Enfield and VECV. At Royal Enfield, our consistent growth underscores the strength of our heritage and innovation. Entering our 125th year of Pure Motorcycling, we continue to blend timeless design with modern technology.”
Royal Enfield unveiled several product updates during the quarter, including refreshed variants of the Meteor 350 and Hunter 350, and a new Shadow Ash edition of the Guerrilla 450. The company also showcased its special-edition Classic 650, Bullet 650, and Flying Flea S6 concept at EICMA 2025, highlighting its focus on design evolution and urban mobility.

Royal Enfield also concluded the 14th edition of One Ride 2025, bringing together over 40,000 riders across 60 countries. The Chennai-based bikemaker also announced the return of Motoverse 2025 in Goa, a flagship celebration of global motorcycling culture.
VECV, a joint venture between Eicher Motors and Volvo Group, reported a 10.3% increase in revenue to ₹6,106 crore, with EBITDA rising 8% to ₹479 crore. Profit after tax grew nearly 20% YoY to ₹249 crore.
Vinod Aggarwal, MD and CEO of VECV, said, “We delivered our best-ever second quarter in terms of truck and bus deliveries. Eicher retained its leadership in the light and medium-duty truck segment and gained a 10.5% market share in heavy-duty trucks.” He added that GST rationalization has boosted consumer confidence, positively impacting demand for commercial vehicles.
