Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup Is Back For 2025

The Royal Enfield Continental GT Cup is back for 2025, and this time the Chennai-based marque will conduct the audition process in eight cities: Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Guwahati, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Bengaluru. All selected riders will compete on specially prepared Royal Enfield Continental GT650 motorcycles throughout the event.

Online registrations have already commenced, and the competition will now feature two distinct series: Pro-Am and Twin Power Trophy. The only eligibility requirement is a valid driving license, and participants can register as either professionals or amateurs based on their experience level.

The Start

The selection procedure spans two days at each venue. On the first day, participants receive training from expert riders at the Royal Enfield Track School. The second day involves actual selections based on individual lap times, allowing amateurs to compete alongside professional riders.

The final selection round is scheduled at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore from July 3–6, 2025. Royal Enfield aims to select 64 amateur and 50 professional riders through the zonal rounds, with the fastest 24 in each category securing spots on the final grid.

Competition Format

The Continental GT Cup continues its Pro-Am format, giving amateur riders the opportunity to race against professionals. The Twin Power Trophy pairs each professional with an amateur to form teams, creating valuable learning experiences for newcomers.

The series will be part of the JK Tyre National Racing Championship, running from August through November 2025.
