Simple Energy has commenced deliveries of the Simple One electric scooter in Bengaluru for now.
Simple Energy commenced deliveries of its Simple One electric scooter, which was launched last month at Rs. 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). However, the company has only commenced deliveries in Bengaluru, followed by the rest of the country later this year. Furthermore, the company plans to expand its retail operations to 40–50 cities through a network of 160-180 retail stores.
Suhas Rajkumar, Founder & CEO, Simple Energy said, “We are elated to commence the deliveries of the Simple ONE, starting with customers in Bengaluru.”
Simple One electric scooter boasts a range of 212 km featuring an indigenous electric motor that delivers 0-40 kmph sprint in 2.77 seconds. The electric scooter develops a claimed 8.5kW of peak power and 72Nm of torque from its permanent magnet motor. The electric scooter has a top speed of 105 kmph.
The company has also put in place a distribution network and is working closely with authorised dealers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient after-sales support.
