The XM and XM(S) variant will be positioned in between the XE and the XM+
Tata Motors announced the launch of two new variants in the Altroz line up - the XM and XM(S). While the former is priced at Rs. 6.90 lakh, the latter costs Rs. 7.35 lakh. The XM and XM(S) variant will be positioned in between the XE and the XM+ so they sit right in the middle of the pack, giving customers a lot more choice. But these two variants are being made available only with the 1.2-litre petrol motor with the manual transmission.
The Altroz XM variant will come equipped with features such as steering-mounted controls, driver seat height adjuster, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, R16 full wheel cover and a premium-looking dashboard. The XM(S) will additionally come with an electric sunroof.
The Altroz is now also being made available with the CNG option thus broadening the variant line-up.
