The two TVS iQube e-scooters were delivered on February 5, 2026, and is part of a collaboration between the Vatican and Exelentia focusing on innovation and sustainability.

TVS Motor Company has announced the company handed over two iQube electric scooters to the Governorate of Vatican City State. The initiative has been undertaken by Exelentia, a specialist partner in "last-mile" mobility, in partnership with TVS Motor Italia, the Italian arm of the Indian two-wheeler maker. The TVS iQube e-scooters were delivered on February 5, 2026, and is part of a collaboration between the Vatican and Exelentia focusing on innovation and sustainability.

The Governorate of Vatican City State is moving towards zero-emission mobility solutions to meet the daily operational needs. The iQube becomes an ideal solution for the same, providing decent range and low maintenance, just enough to get around the city.

Speaking about the association, Giovanni Notarbartolo di Furnari, General Manager of TVS Motor Italia stated, “The deployment of TVS iQube electric scooters in a prestigious setting such as the Vatican validates our vision for urban electric mobility—anchored in reliability, intuitive usability, and world class quality.”

Giovanni Zappia, Founder & Owner of Exelentia, stated, “The partnership undertaken with the Governorate of the State of the Vatican City strengthens Exelentia’s commitment to contributing concretely to mature, reliable mobility fully suited to particularly sensitive urban and institutional contexts.”

The TVS iQube is the bestselling electric scooter in India. The model handed over to the Vatican City offers a range of up to 100 km Eco mode. It also comes equipped with a TFT display and the SmartXonnect system, bringing a host of connected features. The silent operation makes zipping around the city on the EV convenient for users.
