Norton Motorcycle has introduced dual leadership, which aims to strengthen its presence in the premium market further.
Norton Motorcycles has announced a major leadership change with its CEO Robert Hentschel stepping down to take on a non-executive director role immediately. He has been replaced by Nevijo Mance who will now oversee upstream operations, including product design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management. This new appointment is part of Norton’s ongoing evolution since its acquisition by TVS, and also as the brand prepares to launch in India
Hentschel, who had been leading the premium British motorcycle manufacturer since 2021, was instrumental in strengthening the company's relationship with its parent company, TVS Motor. The change in leadership aims to maintain Norton's renowned standards in motorcycle craftsmanship and innovation.
