The brand has set foot in the new country in collaboration with sports car dealer Revolutions.
British icon Norton Motorcycles has officially expanded to newer territories by setting up shop in Scotland. The legendary brand which dates back to 1898, has partnered with the luxury sports car dealer of the country called Revolutions to open its first Scottish showroom in Perth.
Revolutions' impressive 8,000-square-foot facility will have Norton's premium lineup, including the classic Commando 961 and the V4SV and V4CR models. Motorcycle aficionados in Scotland will now have the opportunity to not only admire these British masterpieces but also take them out for test rides.
Norton's commitment to the new country will extend beyond sales. The new facility will not only stock essential spare parts, but will also feature technicians specially trained to service and maintain these high-performance motorcycles, thus ensuring a top-tier ownership experience.
Looking ahead, Norton has ambitious plans under TVS ownership. The company aims to release a range of "super-premium" models within the next two years. The recent appointment of former MV Agusta R&D Director Brian Gillen as Norton's Chief Technology Officer will further underscore this commitment to innovation.
In a related development, motorcycle enthusiasts in India have reason to be excited as well. Following TVS's showcase of the Norton V4CR at the 2024 Bharat Auto Expo, speculation is rife that Norton Motorcycles might soon make its debut in the Indian market too. While the exact timeline is still a secret, however, our excitement is sky-high ever since the bike was showcased.
