The ARE GP Championship started in 2007 to give Apache motorcycle owners a professional racing experience.

TVS Racing will launch the second edition of its ARE GP championship on September 15, expanding beyond India for the first time as the company marks 20 years of Apache motorcycle racing.

The championship will now cover three international markets - Mexico, Colombia, and Nepal - alongside 17 Indian cities. The season will end with a finale at Madras International Circuit in Chennai in April 2026.

TVS Racing has also announced a new Women's Media Category within the TVS OMC India Championship 2025. The company created the world's first all-women racing team in 2016 and has since run various programmes to encourage female participation in motorsports.

"The international expansion of TVS Racing ARE GP is a natural progression in our journey of pushing boundaries," said Vimal Sumbly, Head of Premium Business at TVS Motor Company. "With the introduction of the Women Media Category, we are making this platform more inclusive and diverse."

The ARE GP Championship started in 2007 to give Apache motorcycle owners a professional racing experience. Over the years, TVS Racing has trained more than 3,000 riders across different categories, providing coaching, race-prepared motorcycles, and safety equipment.
