TVS confirms that the handcrafted special edition model is currently a concept showcase, with no production plans announced at this time.
At the 2026 Rann Utsav in Gujarat, TVS Motor Company introduced a distinctive lineup of special edition motorcycles inspired by the landscapes and heritage of the Rann of Kutch. The unveiling formed the centerpiece of the company’s second consecutive year at the festival, reinforcing its focus on experiential tourism and design-led storytelling through motorcycling.
Branded as the Rann Utsav Custom Series, the collection comprises five bespoke motorcycles that interpret the region’s vast salt flats, dramatic skies, and rich craft traditions. Developed in collaboration with Eimor Customs, the series blends artistic expression with functional enhancements, positioning the motorcycles as both cultural tributes and exploration-ready machines.

Mechanically, the Rann of Kutch Edition models remain unchanged with the same powertrain and hardware as offered in the corresponding standard models. TVS says that it has no plans on taking this special handcrafted edition to production as of now.
The Hosur-based bike manufacturer has unveiled four models under the “Rann of Kutch Edition” including Apache RR 310, Apache RTR 310, Apache RTR 200 4V, and Ronin. These limited-edition models feature hand-painted bodywork reflecting the stark contrast between the region’s endless white salt plains and its ever-changing skies.

A posterised colour palette is applied across key panels, complemented by bespoke laser-cut stainless-steel badges that signify each motorcycle’s place in the exclusive series. The design language aims to translate the Rann’s natural minimalism into a striking visual identity.
Completing the collection is a specially modified Ronin based on the theme “Unscripted Exploration.” Unlike the art-focused editions, this motorcycle incorporates functional upgrades tailored to the Rann’s terrain. Enhancements include dual-purpose tyres, a custom front mudguard, and a reinforced rear rack with modular luggage options.

Heritage-inspired detailing plays a significant role in the build. Ajrak-pattern leather accessories, camel-toned hand-stitched elements, and a gradient finish transitioning from sky blue to salt white evoke the desert’s dawn landscape while paying homage to local craftsmanship.

The special edition models were unveiled as part of a broader initiative to position the Rann of Kutch as a global experiential tourism destination. By combining design, community rides, and motorsports showcases, TVS Motor aims to create immersive experiences that connect riders with India’s diverse landscapes.
The company’s participation in Rann Utsav also included community rides involving over 100 riders from across India and abroad, underscoring the growing appeal of motorcycling-led exploration. The initiative aligns with broader efforts to promote the region beyond traditional tourism formats, highlighting its cultural depth and natural beauty.
