Uno Minda Q2 FY26 revenue up 13.4% to ₹4,814 crore. H1 revenue grows 14.5% to ₹9,234 crore.
Uno Minda Limited has posted consolidated revenue of ₹4,814 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, marking a 13.4%increase over ₹4,245 crore in the same period last year. The growth came from switches, lighting, casting, and seating segments.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation stood at ₹552 crore, up 14.4% from ₹482 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 11.5%, gaining 10 basis points year-on-year.
Profit after tax attributable to shareholders rose 27.4% to ₹304 crore from ₹239 crore (excluding exceptional income) in Q2 FY25.
For the first half of FY26, revenue reached ₹9,234 crore (excluding prior period income), a 14.5% rise from ₹8,062 crore in H1 FY25. EBITDA for the period was ₹1,026 crore, up 15.3% from ₹890 crore. Profit after tax (Uno Minda share, excluding prior period incentive income) stood at ₹543 crore, reflecting 24.3% growth from ₹437 crore.
Ravi Mehra, Managing Director, Uno Minda Group, said the results reflect industry momentum supported by GST 2.0 reforms, improving affordability, and a stable macroeconomic environment. He noted that festive demand has strengthened consumer confidence and the company continues to focus on innovation and execution.
Sunil Bohra, Chief Financial Officer, stated that the performance shows the strength of the diversified portfolio and strategic roadmap. He added that capital expenditure of ₹2,356 crore across 10 projects is on track to expand capacities and meet future demand.
Uno Minda operates 78 manufacturing facilities across India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Germany, Spain, and Mexico, with 37 research and development centres. It supplies components to original equipment manufacturers in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and two- and three-wheelers.
