This could be the biggest change the XPulse has seen since its inception
After making a solid first impression on the Karizma XMR, Hero is all set to update its entire 200 cc engine platform to the 210 cc liquid-cooled one. It makes sense as the current XPulse 200 4V, XPulse 200 T 4V and the Xtreme 200S 4V are more or less good commuter centric motorcycles, with only the XPulse being also a great starter off-roader.
Spotted on test in the mountains, the XPulse 210 and the Xtreme 210 naked were seen sporting a liquid-cooled engine, which seems to have been borrowed from the Karizma XMR. The engines will be retuned slightly to suit the respective bike’s focus. And with this update, expect the XPulse to finally become a well-suited all-rounder.
Given that these bikes aren’t currently on Hero’s plans for this fiscal year, we can only expect them to arrive post April 2024. Currently, Hero is supposedly getting ready for its own naked motorcycle with a reworked version of the Harley-Davidson X440’s mill, its largest motorcycle ever. Expect a sporty 125cc scooter and a 125cc commuter by the end of the year as well.
